The due dates for payment of student fees for the 1st term are as follows:

              Old students

:

30 September 2009 (Wednesday)

              New students (2nd instalment)

:

8 October 2009 (Thursday)

Two weeks prior to the payment due date, the student fees debit notes will be e-mailed to students’ Campus-Wide E-mail (CWEM) account by the Donations and Projects Management Unit, Bursary.  If you do not receive the debit note during the period, please contact the Unit at 2609 8521/7279.

Students who wish to defer payment due to financial difficulties must contact their College Dean of Students' Office before the payment due date.

Please note 3.2 of the "General Regulations Governing Full-time Undergraduate Studies":

"A student in arrears shall be subject to fines.  A student in arrears, whether in part or in full, or who has outstanding fines unpaid for more than two weeks shall be considered to have withdrawn from studies".
